Jimmy Fallon, host of “The Tonight Show” has been off for the strike of the air amid Hollywood’s actors as well as writers. His staff were stating their thoughts behind “The Tonight Show” about the allegedly toxic place to work.
On Thursday a Rolling Stone investigation was published about the 14 former employees of the NBC and two current employees shared about their experience of working on the show.
The experience included degrading mental health terrifying by the higher-ups along old Fallon of 48 years, and poor treatment given due to the arrogant behavior of the Fallons.
These people had a range of jobs to officers and writers from the production group altogether made a request out of the retaliation fear.
