The FBI, White House, and health officials might have violated the policies and rules of the First Amendment Rights of the people (and for the people) who have made posts about the elections and COVID-19 on social media platforms.
They have pressured the tech companies to remove or suppress the already published posts. The Federal Court has ruled this out on Friday.
The 5th Circuit Court Of Appeals made a decision from the Louisiana Federal Judge that has restricted several agencies from having any form of contact with other companies like X, Facebook, and Youtube, regarding content moderation
The moderation of the 75-page opinion that has come from the panel of three judges has also considerably narrowed down the scope of the order which was previously the conservative’s victory.
The administration of Biden now has a period of ten days to seek the review of the ruling of the Supreme Court.
